Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping
    All domestic orders will be fulfilled by Best Express or Poslaju.
    Orders will be processed/ shipped within 1-5 working days, orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be shipped on the next following working day. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • International Shipping
    All International orders will be fulfilled by Fedex
    Orders are shipped within 1-5 working days.There is a probability that your packages may be delayed due to custom clearance. Goods from Hundred Percent may subject you to any import duties and/or taxes. Hundred Percent holds no responsibility for any charges that incurred from the custom/duties.
  • Where do you ship from?

  • Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email
    If you’ve not had a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it’s not in there.

    To ensure that you receive future notification emails from us, make sure double check the email address you’ve registered with us is correct.
  • Returns and Refunds
    All sales are final. Returns are offered only for damaged or defective items. We must be alerted of the damages within 7 days of receiving the item. Damaged or defective items must be unworn and unwashed. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damages and email us within 3 days of receipt at [email protected]

    When we receive your email, we will investigate the issue and once resolved will send you a return label via email. Once the item is received, we will ship the same item in exchange or issue a refund if you prefer. if you would rather receive a refund, please include that request in the email that you send us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods sold are not refundable. Any exchange of goods can only be made within 7 working days from the received date of items.
  • - Items on sale promotion and discounted merchandise are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are not applicable for items that fall on this category.
  • - Exchanges will only be approved upon inspection and permission.
  • - Proof of purchase must be provided, and extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (ex.shipping cost, duties and taxes) must be barred by the purchaser; this includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.
  • - Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days from the received date and are subject to the availability of items.
  • - All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and with a copy of the receipt. In regards of shoes/sneakers return, it must include the original shoe box in good condition or else it will be rejected upon receiving.
